This is an in-character/out-of-character (mostly OOC) journal for Schrodi Takenoya. Schrodi (short for "Schrodinger") is a twelve-year-old catboy who is the author's avatar on the Tapestries Furry MUCK.

Schro is a carefree, adventurous, and at times extremely silly boy who enjoys making friends, making his own clothes, and listening to music. He is bisexual, and often crossdresses; because he can pass for a girl, and also because it's a hell of a lot of fun and it makes him feel good. He lives in a strange, rickety old house called "The Snowglobe" (long story) with Alk (teh_alk), his super-sweet tiger boyfriend. Krinn (krinndnz) is his Mistress, and he greatly enjoys being her kitten. He has an adopted sister in Bea (bossgoji) and a sister-in-law in Bea's brain-demon Yomiko (LJ PENDING). Many of these folks appear, among others, as characters in the stories written by Schrodi's player (see below).

If you see Schrodi on Tapestries, please don't hesitate to strike up a conversation. He's always hoping to meet new people and make friends. Schro's player reserves the right to talk about what goes on in Taps in this LJ--feel free to tell him to leave you out and he will be happy to oblige.

ADDENDUM 1: Ancient Greece notwithstanding, society frowns on underage sexuality for good reasons, and it is not the author's viewpoint that underage persons should engage in sex with people their own age or adults. The author's roleplay of an underage character should not be viewed as the condoning of pedophilia/pederasty. Ageplay is the method by which the author expresses and acts out bits and pieces of his own sexual feelings, and to relieve the memories and sensations of the sexual knowledge he experienced when he was Schrodi's age.

ADDENDUM 2: Yes, yes. Furry fandom is, at best, disgusting; and at worst is an abomination upon humanity. Schro's author agrees with you. People taking on animal traits and talking about sheaths and tails and "yiffing?" It's terrible, and shouldn't be allowed! There is one difference though; the author is a self-admitted pervert and has accepted the foul horrors of Furryness as merely one aspect of his many kinks; a single, polished, gleaming facet of the zillion-sided polyhedron of his personal sexual makeup. When you're as far in as he is, there's nothing else to do but accept the truth and own up to the fact that you're just a-wallowin' in perversion. So you're welcome to tell him "GTFO FURFAG" and "YIFF IN HELL!" because then he gets to ignore you, having heard it all before, mainly from himself. It will do you no good--he's probably spent more time at SA and 4chan than you have, anyway. Besides, there's surprisingly little harm in roleplaying a cross-dressing jailbait catboy. As a matter of fact, it's bunches of fun. You should try it sometime.
